Found one of these in the supermarket - after making and eating roasted tomato and squash soup - am now wondering if this type of squash ok, as it's first time I have come across it.
Thanks - I tried googling it - couldn't find any nutritional info - but am guessing it will b v similar to butternut squash. Was more round - with same smooth skin, and darker in colour. Def come across lots and lots of pics of squashes in my search
