Calorie counting in the past 8 weeks has made me concious of my old eating habits, what's in my food and also how to control my eating habits.
I don't deny myself anything, but I do find the lower calorie versions of things if I can. I've let myself get obsessed with it, because that way I know I'll keep going. I get competitive quite easily, so when I see people losing on MFP, it helps me drive on!
