As of tomorrow i have decided to keep a diary of everything i eat to try and keep me on track it will be completely honest (i promise ) and hopefully this will help me get nearer my 3 stone target!! I would appreciate any input anyone has or if you think im going wrong anywhere the criticism would be welcomed!!! I really want a bikini body for my holiday next year and hoping this is going to help me achieve that i am currently at 11 stone 10 pounds and would ideally like to get to around 8 stone 10 pounds so my diet face is on and im ready to go (that is until it gets to the weekend and the curry my partner orders is screaming at me from the kitchen while i pretend i cant hear it, lalalala) so, here goes .....
