hot shakes

i've just seen people are having some of the flavoured shakes hot, am i right in thinking you are just boling the kettle and making them with the same amount of water are do you microwave them?

Hiya.. I make them from the kettle but I let the water go off the boil, they are yum..

I do mine at work where I have no access to a microwave so I shake them up in a shaker in 200ml cold water then when blended I add another 500ml hot water (I like mine to be a big drink ). Ready to drink straight away. Not boiling hot but hot enough.

Don't, whatever you do, put hot water in the shaker and shake.... unless you enjoy hot explody things!

I do it in a cup and use a handblender

i shake it up with half cold water pour into a tall pint glass and top up with hot water
id say its warm rather than hot

I use water from kettle and add it to my blender container and hand blend it, then tip into a cup to drink
