Is it right? This is 5.5 syns A SLICE??? Before starting sw, thought this was a healthy option, does it really have more syns than a slice of White? Doesn't make sense?
Yes - probably because it has grains in it and they are higher in fat.
It is healthier than white bread but healthy diesn't necessarily mean good for when you are slimming. For example an avocado is really good for you but not good for losing weight as it is high in oils and 14 syns!
