how do i add a photo, sorry I'm not very bright

Would love to be able to post some pics of my meals,but haven't got a clue as to how to do it. Can anyone give me some instructions in plain English,cos I'm not too bright with technology lol. Thanks in advance x

Okie dokies, I, assuming you taking the pics with iPad. You'll need to download the minimins app, then in the thread click reply, thenthe pic looking icon (think its middle) this will take you to your albums, select pic & hey presto, let me know of it doesn't help
