How do i count for oils?

hmmm.. i cook all my meals from scrach, what do i do about oils? if i use a tea spoon of extra virgin olive oil when cooking how dose this work with the 5g rule?

It doesn't I'm afraid. Try Frylite or something like that.

Exactly what she said ^^^ I never use oil for cooking anymore - most things will cook in their own juices or with fry light, it's just a case of adapting slightly.
