How do you drink yours?

Morning guys,

I'm trying to drink my 4-5 litres of water, and was wondering how you guys spread the millilitres out over the day. So you're not peeing every few minutes and have dry nights lol!

I'm now on day 3 sole sourcing. It's almost midday and I've drank 2lts but it's hard going today.

Think I need to buy some tenna ladies lol!

Try stopping drinking about 2 hours before bed to have a full nights sleep! But as for reducing trips during the day then you're better off having say a glad every time you have a product and so having a set number of toilet visits!
