How long to get back into ketosis after naughty drinks?

I understand we lose weight most efficiently on this diet when in ketosis, so drinking sugary drinks can slow you down by knocking you out of ketosis, right?



I was wondering, if you've otherwise been 100% TS, how long would it take to get back into ketosis after a drink of, say, tea with half a sugar and a splash of milk? Will it take days, or should you be back to optimum weight loss next day? Anyone know? Thank you!
 
1 cup of tea might not knock you out of ketostix-depends how high in carbs the sugar/milk are... I think the guidelines are to stay around 60g or carbs in total per day so you may still be ok...

It may not knock you out of ketosis. Sometimes when I'm struggling, getting bored or need something different I have milk and it hasn't necessary knocked me out - if it did then I'm pretty sure you'd be back in it the next day!! X
