I know we have discussed this before and I went on the site that worked on how many calories to have. Mine worked out at 16,00 calories if I wanted to achieve my aim of ten stone,and maintain, but I am scared of eating too much and putting the weight on. I have roughly counted my calories this week and have averaged out about 1,250 dont want to go to low, but dont want to go to high, is everyone else upping it slowly and then checking out the damage?
