How many of you.....

Stick to your UP day calories as calculated on the JUDDD website? If not, how many calories do you think you consume in a day?

Sorry for all the questions, just want to make sure I am doing everything right.

To be honest I have never limited myself on my up days. my official figure is 2200 but I sort of add up in my head and my weekday ups are approx 2200 - 2400 and my weekend ups are usually 3000. I have started trying to limit myself as of today as the only exercise I get is the School run and its the holidays and with all this rain I havent had hardly any exercise so need to draw the line somewhere. Dr johnson says to eat normally on your UP days but not to intentionally overeat, the up cals are just a guide x

Okay, thank you. I had planned my menu for today and it came to just over my daily up calories and wanted some chocolate this evening but didn't know if I should or not.....

Have the chocolate thats what DD s are for, you won't stick to the diet if you don't enjoy your UP s, just make sure you have good DD s thats whats really important.

Yep will definately have the chocolate. Have been waiting to eat it since Easter.

Easter.... thats some willpower you got... I went to the cadbury factory in early july and bought £15 worth of staff shop chocolate... not much of it left =P

i am literally salivating at the thought of all that chocolate! i have a cadbury shop 15 mins drive away from my house in the shopping outlet and its amazing!! dont find it particularly cheaper than the normal shops but its the way they pack things, its just too much for me!!!!

ah I'm talking about the actual factory shop (bourneville, birmingham) where you go on the tour etc. Got 250g bars of dairy milk for 20p!!! Needless to say I bought plenty but had to stick within airport luggage limits... dammit :p

omg!!! 20p???? crazy prices, better not book a trip for me anytime soon! think juddd will go out the window before i even start!!

Yeah its out of date in october I think, thats why it was dirt cheap.

According to my uncle (who works in cadburies) the chocolate is good for up to a YEAR after the date... as long as it hasn't got the white residue on the surface its fine to eat! Yay! =)

Its shameful to think we pay £1 for a 100g bar!!!

well well well, now we know eh?? they were selling packs of buttons off for 10p in my local home bargains shop the other day because they had expired in july, wish i'd known about the freshness now i'd have bought 50 packs!!!! i did have one sneaky pack tho! yum yum! :)

I actually make choc lollies and he is right although the white residue is just down to temp change and they are still edible if this occurs, its due to the fat repositioning itself within the choc xx
Oh and you don't have to give up Juddd to have choc, just have it on your Up days hun xx

I ate my chocolate rabbit yesterday. I only ate about a third so plenty left for my UP days. and very yummy it was too.
