How many syns please?

Hi,

I have a recipe for rock buns which my husband loves, however I was wondering if anyone could tell me how many syns are in each rock bun Thanks

The ingredients are as follows:

8oz plain flour
1/2 level teaspoon of salt
2 level teaspoons baking powder
2 1/2 oz butter
4 oz dried fruit
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 egg
2 tablespoons milk

baking powder = 1
butter = 25
Dried fruit = approx 12
Milk = assuming semi allow maybe 1 or 2

not sure if you need to syn the egg as it's an ingredient but that's around 76 for the lot /12= 6.5 each

your thread will probably be moved as per what JVBP says above. I just fancied having a go!
