how many syns

Hi All,

does anybody know if there are any syns it Whitworths Dried country vegetables as thinking about popping them in a casserole?

i dont know what they are, but surley if its veg it'l be free? its not like fruit where anything other than raw is synned.. veg is free fresh frozen etc .. so dried must be free too? x

thats what i thought, thats good then as found a box in the cupboad while planning next weeks dinner, casseroles for me i thinks x
