Hello !
I love pasta n sauces , but usually feel a bit ' piggy' eating a whole sachet . I usually throw in a load of superfree bits, herbs , spices, in with it to bulk it up , and then divide it into two servings.
I find throwing in a chopped onion, a can of any type of beans eg cannilini , borlotti , kidney , black eyed ( canned in water) , garlic powder , chilli flakes , chicken bovril and a splash of lemon juice at the end , works really well.
do any of you have any suggestions on how you eat yours?
