Ok got a hol booked for 20th September and I am dying to have the best bikini bod possible by then (will be 9 weeks tomorrow).
I am currently around 8st 10lb (5"1 tall). Would ideally love to get to 8 stone or a little bit under by then. Do you think this is possible in that time if I stick 1200 - 1300 calories a day and exercise regularly? These last 10lbs are taking some shifting
