24 pounds would be about right I think in 12 weeks. I've lost 33.5 in 9 weeks I think. X

Currently 15st 8.5lbs

Just stick to my calorie allowence. Use a food diary. Under 100grams of carbs. Works helps cause I'm a nurse and I just try and move as much as possible. Ha ha! Xx

Currently 15st 7lbs

I lost about 3 stone over 4 months by doing a VLCD [Slim and Save] but didn't stick to it 100%. I was in the right head space as I was aiming to lose as much as possible before a total hip replacement op. mid October. I now weigh 13st6lbs which is about 4lbs heavier than I was for surgery and I'm trying to maintain this til I'm healed, and hope to lose another 2stone by low carbing in the spring.

It depends, but on a VLCD you could be looking at about 3+ stone in 12 weeks. I'm not saying this is something everyone wants to do but it does average about 14 lb loss per month and men tend to lose more/better than women anyway. On a diet that is not as drastic as a VLCD/TFR diet then the loss would probably be less than that... depends what type of plan you are going to do.
