Hi, I have an old recipe book with original syns in, now Im doing EE, does anyone know if I am still able to convert these recipes to understand the syn values on EE, as the book gives syns in the red and green only. Thanks
You would need to go through the ingredients and re-syn it as some of them may be free on EE where they are synned on red or green. Also double check syn values for non-free ingredients as these may have changed if the book is old eg stock and tomato puree used to be synned but are now both free
