how to do a ticker???

If you click on my ticker below it will take you to a site where you can set up your own ticker.
Just above the ticker in that page you can choose 'Create a New Ticker'
Click on 'Weight Loss'
Select the ticker background and select 'Next'
Select the picture to move across your ticker and select 'Next'
Choose a password (you'll need this to update your weight loss) and enter the rest of your data. Select 'Next'
I seem to be getting an error at this point (possibly because I'm on my iPad), but if I didn't It would show me some code to copy. Copy the code.
Go to minimins and click the 'User CP' (first option on blue bars)
Choose 'Edit Signature'
Paste in the code from the ticker site.
Then your ticker should appear on each post.
When you want to update the weight loss on your ticker click on one of your own tickers on a post you've made. Enter your password and then enter the new data. All of your existing posts will immediately be updated with the new ticker details.
