Been scouting about the forum looking at different bits of info on Lipotrim which im currently doing so thought hell why not join up lol.

first way in tomorow (Thursday) looking forward to it, hope i have done well not cheated on it and found it pretty easy to be honest

I already did a low fat diet which has lost me like 3 stone but wanted to move a little more again after christmas and what not. Wont be on the lipotrim for long though mind lol
