I started my diet last Thursday after being "off the SW bus" for about 6 months and realizing that I needed to get back on the bus pretty quickly!
I made my shopping list with all the correct goodies to plan my meals for the week, after having a good look at all the lovely recipes on here.
Grr! my reoccurring back problem then returned with a vengeance, making going shopping for all my lovely goodies impossible!
I redid my list making it clear which brand extra to buy (my hubby needs instruction!)
He came home with the following..
Tuna.........in sunflower oil
Mince........not extra lean
Bread........White thick sliced
Mayo.........Full fat
Philadelphia....Full fat
Squash.........Full fat
Cereal.........crunchy nut cornflakes
the list goes on but you get the gist!
Basically although I am grateful, I wish he hadn't of bothered!
Not expecting a good loss this week....if anything.
