Hummus question....

If i make my own hummus and i leave out the lemon juice and therefore citric acid.....

If i encorporate it into MFP and it keeps my Carbs low.... do you think i'd be ok having a bit.....

I literally mean a tablespoon???

Possibly - tahini is quite calorific though.... If it's ok calorie wise then I don't see why not - yum hummus!
 
I love the stuff and I've done tonnes of exercise today so i had a very small amount!!!!!

Yeah! I threw some jalepeno peppers in to jazz it up.....

It was a bit TOO nice... but still stuck to my 1 tablespoon!!!
