Am I right in thinking that the reduced fat ones can be used as a HE? Can't remember and left my book at home. Having a red day, used 1 HEA & HEB so far, was thinking that humous could be another with my left over carrot sticks. If not, it's just plain carrots for me

No, that's only a Green day they can be used as a B choice (under nuts, for the tahini in it). Not a B choice on Red so 1 syn per 20 calories.
