I am back!

Havent had the internet for the past 4 days and to be honest its been mental!

4 days of parties and nights out and not one drop of alcohol has passed my lips!

I have lost 3lbs since I have been back and everyone is being very supportive and proud of me, I have even began borrowing clothes from some of them!

I am well and truly in the zone, food isn't even a factor in my life anymore and it feels great.

Having done my first AAM last week, I found food to be a real inconvenience because Exante is so easy. Never thought I'd think like that!
