I am gonna do it!!!!!!!

Ok chaps, made my choice, printed my voucher and off I go on Thurs eve to my first ever RC class!!!

Its a Salsacise one, but I did have the choice as the same lady also does aerobics locally too!! (I dont think I am aerobic girl, mind you, even Salsa is prob beyond me!!!)


I am very nervous but sort of excited too..... It will be a very long haul, but I have the goal of our holiday next Summer to aim for, which I think is realistic. I may not lose it all, but I hope to be a long way towards it by then.

Wish me luck, and I hope it will be ok to hang around with you guys for the duration!!

go for it, i love the salsa class and the boxrcise oh and the circuts, our lady does different each week for 6 weeks then starts again,
i really do think you will enjoy yourself

you will really enjoy the classes ,I dont go now but in the past have gone to the classes

Good luck with your new start. I love salsacise ... I miss it s lot but I now run my own class on salsacise night so I just fo to aerobics now, ut still enjoy it.

I love salsacise, i have the rc dvd and really enjoy it, it doesnt really feel like excercise.
