Im fairly new to this vlcd, and i just wanted to share that I love it!!!! I am going to spread the word, as so many people out there are dont even know about it, ive told a handful of friends

Its brill, i love it, makes dieting soooooo much easier! its a bargain, great products, great variety! Win Win all round fab diet!

And the support is brilliant so if your there thinking should i or should i change! do it!!!! its fab, im so happy i did

Me too I'm now on week 5 having done cd, and exante before and never lasting more than 2 weeks. Never felt better and more determined. 18 weeks today and I'll be on my jolly's with a brand new bod thanks to S&S
