There are many things to make you exercise:
1) Grab a friend for a jog or a gym class. If you have work out buddy, it puts obligation for you to stick to the plan, because if u let the person down, it has more consequences doesn't it? And on the other hand, you can see it's not only you sweating out to loose those pounds so you're not alone there.
2) Got an ipod or mp3? If not, u can buy one for a price of an 16inch pizza in the supermarket. There is this great website
Podfitness: Custom Audio Workouts: Home, where you can get a free trial period of a month, choose a hollywood trainer for a workout and put your favourite music as a backgound. You can get a new routine every day, it works for me.
3) Buy a nice outfit just for working out. It's like a new dress for a night out, celebrate it, as it's going to make you slim.
4) Think, there are two ways. Either you will start working out and loose the weight, or you will do nothing about it and stick in this point. Remember time doesn't stop even for a second, you need to move on to make a profit of it. No pain no gain!!!

5) I know many people complain about DVDs - they are boring, or stop being challenging after a while. I've got one which doesn't fit the profile. It's Jeanette Jenkins work out DVD. 6) Make your own reward system, for example, commit to exercise 3 times a week and get a piece of a favourite cake at the end of the week after sucessful completion of the plan.
7) Some people who have a lot of weight to loose are delaying the exercise, because they'll need to wait for the results for a long time. Well, you can buy L-carnityne to speed up the weight loss
7) I know it's hard to start, but once u do it and get the flow of the happy hormones in your blood, you gonna love it

And physical effort is not just about the weight loss, there are many great side effects on you body like: you will be able to run up the stairs without loosing your breath, have a better movement coordination, be more flexible - these are lil things, but they build your self esteem indeed. To finish with the fact that up to 15 hours after a work out your metabolism burns fat even 10 fold faster than just sticking to the diet. Convincing enough?
