I got some liquoice wood!!!

Anyone else remember it?

Liquorice wood is a piece of liquorice root taken from the liquorice plant, and you chew it. It tastes like a twig with a strong liquorice flavour...as you would expect

Haven't had it for years. Love the stuff and it takes ages to eat.

In the end I got it from Traditional Sweets, Old fashioned Sweets, Traditional Boiled Sweets, Buy Online at Mrs Browns Victorian Sweet Shop I wanted some coconut tobacco and was pleased to see they sold liquorice wood.

Oh, also got some toffos and fudge for Fathers Day.

Chuffed with my wood and tobacco. Okay, the tobacco isn't quite as good as the real thing, but I guess I can put up with that.

Might have a party later

I've been to that shop a few years ago, as it is where my mum was born ..... mmmmmmmmmmmm was lovely!!
