Just another rant from me :cry:
Im really finding this so hard, Ive been doing this for 6 weeks and feel like im swimming but with a rope behind me so i'm not getting anywhere, yes i've lost 10.5lbs but people are loosing that in their first week..I still feel fat and disgusting, and i have this horrible stomach, which when i look down i feel 5 months pregnant and just feel disgusting, i saw myself in a mirror at the gym yesterday, and i just felt sick at what i saw..at times like these i'd turn to food for comfort, but im really not feeling any difference in my size..just the same, im getting tired of food optimising, and getting stressed at the idea of eating out wit friends
