I'm only on my first day and I miss CC already! I really don't know what to do. My head is all a muddle with this dieting malarkey and it's driving me mad
The only reason I wanna do CD is to lose weight quicker and gradually ease myself into dieting - but I already miss real food and would kill for grilled chicken breast and steamed veg, what's wrong with me?!
If I knew I could lose weight just as quickly but be happier on CC then I'd do it - I'm totally and utterly confused.
The article by the doctor from biggest loser states that by eating 1050-1200 calories a day, you can expect to lose 3-5lbs the first week or more, and then 3lbs every week thereafter. I'd be happy with that, but how do I know that's what's gonna happen with me?
