Hi All

I haven't been here in a while! I went on my fabulous vacation and had a wonderful time! but now, its time to get to it. I've completely gone back to old ways of eating, gained back about 4 lbs so I have to get myself and my mind right to start again and STICK WITH IT.

hoping I can get this thing going!

There are lots of new faces! How lovely to see that. How is everyone's success treating them? I was on SUCH a roll and then I fell off the wagon. Typical of dieters I presume. Back to it back to it!!!
