Ok people, I need help and advice.... Basically started old Ww 3 years ago... Lost 6 stone then decided I could do it myself and didn't need classes.... Wrong! Ended up putting on and taking off several times but never quite hitting my goal that I was at previously.. Went back to Ww and the new propoints had started and it hasn't been working, for weeks I have been losing half a pound then gaining half a pound. It's soul destroying and I don't know what I can do. I am on 29 a day, I eat them and tried not eating my weeklies but nothing is working. My leader says to go down to 26 a day this week and see if that shifts the weight but I'm not convinced especially as I annoy eating my 49 at the minute. I seem to be damned if I do and damned if u don't. Is anyone else struggling??? Please help, at my wits end!! X
