I am just starting my 2nd week and have lost 6lbs so far but have a staggering amount to lose - at least another 5 stones to be totally happy. Just wondering are you guys exercising every day and doing loads of activities??? I'm not sure just how much I should be doing as I have cut down on alot of calories so far!!! Any suggestions/advise would be appreciated xx
Loobie, I'm not personally doing any exercise (well not going out of my way to do any but I'm generally busy and walking around doing things a lot). But I'm a bad example, it's safe to exercise on TFR.
