Ok, I have never done a food diary on here before but thought after the awful couple of days I have had that I would!
Sunday February 12th
Breakfast - porridge pancakes using HEB with raspberries and vanilla yogurt.

Lunch - Cheese and broccoli pasta and sauce with HEA low fat cheddar and 2 nectarines.

Dinner - Low fat Morrison's pork sausages with mashed potato, green beans, carrots and onion gravy

Lots of fruit to nibble on in between and probably a nice icy vodka and diet coke to end the day
