Okay so I thought I'd post a food diary, mainly to keep myself on track! I'm off to Ibiza on the 26th June for my best friend's sisters wedding, and so I have a (very) short window to lose some serious weight! I'm doing this by religiously following the SW plan, and I've joined a 24H gym, hoping to go approx 3-4 times a week! Okay so:
04/04/2017
Breakfast - nothing! Bad I know, but I woke up later after finishing night shifts, so I just grabbed a Kellogs Belgian Choc cereal bar at about midday - waiting to check on these, but I think these class as 4 syns
Lunch - SW chips, homemade with italian herbs and garlic salt, cooked with Fry Light - FREE
Baked beans - FREE
Tea - SW chips, leftover from above (I made far too many at lunchtime). - FREE
Homemade BBQ Marinated Chicken Breast - FREE
Snacks - Red grapes - FREE
Granny Smith apple x 2 - FREE
I know this is completely unbalanced but in my defence, I had no time at all yesterday to prepare anything else, and this is infinitely better than the takeaways and chocolate bars I would have normally had! Today will be a much more balanced and healthy diary
