Ideas for tea at work?

Im working all day and doing a EE day ive made a h/m salad with tuna for lunch but tea is going to have to be somthing shop bought..

Are there any ready meals or somthing easy i could pick up as a EE meal ???

I usually try and make extra food the day before (chilli, spaghetti Bol etc) and take that with extra veg or salad as I work long hours too xxxx

Ooo thanks sarah think ill do that for hospital this week.... I also thought about taking a cold jacket pot .... Not sure that would work though? Xx

I do a savoury rice in a normal flask, top up with boiling water, and give it a few turns throughout the morning, it cooks by lunchtime and I have it with a salad or some fruit

Ahh wow .. What a great idea! ... Id never have thought of doing that!
Id love to have somthing warm for work so this would be ideal!
