I was thinking of using mushy peas (SS), onions and stock, simmering till onions are soft then blending and adding chopped ham? Do you think this would be okay?
The pea and ham recipe that has been going around my group is
2 tins of mushy peas
1/2 pint of Ham stock (knorr)
1 onion
Boil the onion in ham stock until softened, add peas season and blend. Add chopped ham or Gammon if you like free on EE
