There's a what's for lunch & what's for dinner threads loads of ideas in there. Also look in food diaries & see what everyone is eating.

Sorry I'd give you links but on my phone. X

Hey hun. Just wondered if I could help by giving a few examples of tea-time meals I eat quite often. I'm certainly no masterchef, so they're all really simple and easy to make, but very tasty!

Pasta with a Creamy Vegetable Sauce (FREE + SUPERFREE)
This is so easy to make, but very tasty and filling!
In a pan, with FryLight, fry off some mushrooms, onions, and peppers (you could add in any other vegetables you like - I also sometimes add chicken). While they're cooking off, boil up some pasta. To the mushrooms, onion and peppers add half a tin of chopped tomatoes and stir well - let the sauce simmer. Once the pasta is cooked, drain and put onto a plate/bowl. Take the sauce off the heat, and add in 1 tbsp of Quark - this gives the sauce it's creaminess. Stir well and serve on top of the pasta. If you wanted, you could also add a Healthy Extra of grated cheese to the top of your pasta.

Wrap Pizzas (5 Syns Each + Healthy Extra A + SUPERFREE)
If you're a pizza fan, you'll love these!! Such a tasty, low Syn alternative to a 'proper' pizza. I usually have these at least once a week.
Take 1 Weight Watchers Tortilla Wrap (5 Syns) and topped with chopped tomatoes/passatta/tomato puree - this will be the pizza sauce. Then simply top with any meat/vegetables you like (I usually use cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, red onion, peppers and sweetcorn), a healthy A choice of grated cheese, and bake in the oven for around 10 minutes. The perfect low Syn pizza!

Burgers (FREE + SUPERFREE)
So tasty, and perfect for the summer months when the BBQ is on the go!
To some Extra Lean Beef Mince, add grated red onion and Soy sauce - get in there with your hands and mix well. Shape the mixture into little patties and place on a baking tray sprayed with FryLight. Pop in the oven for approx 25 minutes (time will vary depending on size/thickness of patty). Lovely served with SW Chips, Salad and homemade Salsa (chopped tomatoes, red onion, peppers and chilli)

Roasted Pepper stuffed with Bolognese (FREE + SUPERFREE)
Loads of SUPERFREE in this one - definitely your 1/3rd!
Core/de-seed a pepper and place on a baking tray with FryLight. Meanwhile, in a pan sprayed with FryLight, fry off Extra Lean Beef Mince, Peppers, Onion, and Mushrooms. Once cooked, add 1/2 tin of chopped tomatoes to the mince mixture and stir well. Once the pepper has finished roasting, take out of the oven and stuff with the bolognese..voi la!

Hopefully this has given you a couple of ideas :) There's also a huge thread where people share what they're having for tea, you should find it here: http://www.minimins.com/slimming-world/164404-whats-tea-tonight.html

Good luck!

I like having bacon spaghetti...
Fry one large onion and 2 cloves garlic with frylight until softened. Add the bacon and fry until it's mostly cooked. Add one tin chopped tomatoes and 1 tsp sweetener and salt and pepper to taste and bring to boil. Simmer until the sauce has thickened and eat with pasta :) Serves quite a few so you can share it or refrigerate and have the next day, or freeze to keep as quick ready meal :) Completely free on EE
