Agree on the Skimmed milk one. My "treat" are my skinny latte's!! But I would probably have to say my Dukan bread. It just makes things so much easier. I have an open sandwich everyday with different toppings and it's a godsend at work.
Ooooooh, tough question. I might have to say plain yoghurt. Muffins and minimins are pretty close behind, but yoghurt gives me a sweet fix as well as sauces for my proteins, bases for marinades and curries... But only if I can include sweetener, of course
