Day 1, following EE online, I'd appreciate any feedback!!!

Breakfast:
2 egg omelet with mushrooms, green peppers, spinach
vegan cream cheese (2.5syns) - I'm not vegan but I'm lactose intolerant, not sure if this can be HEXA or not
half piece of toast (HEX B), scrape of vegan spread (1 syn)
raspberries
black coffee

Lunch:
big bowl of homemade bean and kale soup made with:
1 can pinto beans
1 can cannellini beans
1 can tomatoes
onion
celery
peppers
kale
garlic
chicken stock cube
Worcestershire sauce

Dinner:
eating out at a fish restaurant so probably some kind of grilled fish and veggies, there may be a glass of wine but trying to hold off!

Dinner ended up being grilled salmon, rice and salad with vinaigrette dressing. I then had 1 oz goat cheese (HEXA) and some grapes when I got home.

Day 2

Breakfast:
wholewheat toast (HEXB)
1 oz vegan cream cheese (2.5 syns)
smoked salmon
clementine
black coffee

Lunch:
Savory herb chicken and barley stew (1.5 syns cause made using a mix)
grapes

Snack:
Jell-O sugar free rice pudding (3.5 syns)
1 onion ring (3.5 syns)


Dinner:
Homemade Minestrone soup made with:
onion, garlic, celery, carrot, spinach, can tomatoes, can kidney beans, can Italian green beans, Worcestershire sauce, veggie stock cube, oregano
1 oz goat cheese (HEXA), grated and sprinkled on top

Day 3

Breakfast:

slice dry toast
clementine

Lunch:
bowl white bean and kale soup

Snack:
Crab sticks, red grapes

Dinner:
Wild sockeye salmon, boiled potatoes, Caesar salad with light dressing (3 syns)
2 glasses wine (10 syns)
1 oz goat cheese (HEXA)
