imbrand new to this site and starting slim fast tommorow. its brilliant ive done it before and lose weight very quickly on it but at the moment sticking to anything is an achievment so i really need some support. I was 10s 4lb wanting to get to 9st. Im 9st 5 now, having done this since new yr. Its really gd, and coming on here helps A LOT!!
