Iv had about 9 months off . But I'm back to do it all over again. I lost 2 stone 1 pound last time and have put on 1 stone over the time I have been off . Iv had to get a new profile as can't get in to my old one. How's everyone doing? I thought I'd come back on as this forum helped me loads last time xxx
