Hi All, I disappeared for 2 weeks! I tried to go on to two shakes a day and one healthy meal but found that I put on 2lbs :/ Am now back on 3 shakes a day but still not that motivated!!

Hi Tash, am amazed that you put on! What were these healthy meals and was your portion size good? When I stopped LT a couple of years ago and went onto healthy eating (complete diet lifestyle change) I found I continued to lose the weight. So what was it you replaced a shake with, because your calorie intake should have still been rather low.
