Im back!

hello again everyone, im back online! The last two weeks i've beein doing a sort of mini refeed as recommended by the pharmacist as i had no energy at all and could barely get out of bed (not good when you have a baby, a 2yr old and boyfriend to look after!). Anyway ive been back on 100% TFR now for 3 days and so far lost 4lb! woop! back on track to kick that last stone and a half in to touch! Ow is everyone else getting on with their weight loss journeys?
 
VERY EXCITED!!!! I have just lookedat y stats and my BMI is now under 30..... so in a matter of weeks ive gone from the obese category to overweight!!!!! roll on healthy weight!
 
Hi Jo, I'm janine..I'm on day 2 Now. Had a bad night with cramp but I'm feeling better now. This is my 2nd time on LT, I passé out last time so have up and regret it. I should have gone on refeed like you but instead I just stopped and went back to my bad ways. Welcome back :)

Hy congrats on ur weight loss restarting today gonna go get my shakes in a bit do you do any exercise along with taking the shakes x

Sorry to hear you have been feeling so rubbish. i discussed it with the pharmacist when i was feeling so unwell as i didnt want to quit but knew i could not get through another week. she recommended a very small evening meal of just salad and white fish or chicken. after the first day of doung this i felt like a new woman! and it's definately given me the energy to carry on and also seems to have given my weightloss a bit of a boost, so all round im really glad ihad that chat with the oharmacist! i wold definately say that if you start feeling rough again, have a chat wit yor pharmacist and see what the say...and get on here and chat to everyone - this site is the best for motivation!

Thank you! erm...excersize....not if i can help it! i have been doing some walking, i do about 5-7miles once or twice a week, but its a gentle route! some days i can do it, some days i just dont have the energy. one thing i will say is take it at ur own pace, if u have the energy and wanna hit the gm, the. do it. if you havent you really cant face it, then dnt. just listen to your body and make sure u dnt over do it!

That's brilliant, I wish I ha done that. Well I'm on day 3 now and I'm in ketosis :) I feel loads better and am not really hungry anymore. I had a dream last night that I cheated and I got really upset with myself in the dream so when I woke up I was like....phew!!!!! I never cheated!!! Haha. If I feel faint again, I will definetly do wht you have done :) x
