After a couple of months of sw I got bored and went onto cal counting and it worked really well for 4 weeks but now im getting too hungry so I'm back

I am going to try extra easy to let me know where I'm going wrong plzzzz

I had a massive binge today and I'm starting after weigh in tomorrrow night.....

Binge today consisted of quarter pounder cheese meal large. Choc raisins. Dairy milk fruit and nut big bar and 4 digestive biscuits!!

Oh no! Have you got some scales at home that you could get on now and just before sw class next week, so you know how much you will have lost, just until you can get back on the sw scales? X
 
Nah they scales tell me something diff every time their rubbish!! I might pop to boots in the morning if I have time. X
 
Plan for tomorrow let me know what you think. Going for extra easy day.

Breakfast will be fruit and yoghurt

Lunch is Linda McCartney sausage x 1 with 30g Instant smash and spaghetti hoops followed by fruit salad

Dinner will be large Shish no Pitta 6 syns for oil with half portion of chips 9 syns with lots of onions followed by fruit

Snacking on 2 hi fi bars (healthy extra b) and 2 baby belles (healthy extra a) and fruit throughout the day and maybe another muller light.

Fluids- 1 litre of robinsons fruit squash and a can on diet coke with dinner and fizzy flavour water 1 litre hopefully
 
Today I'm not feeling too hungry!!

I have eaten a muller light and I've made slimming world chicken curry for my dinner tonight. I'll have it with rice. I put a whole bag of chopped onions and 2 Tins of tomatoes in there so hope it's enough speed food.

Also got slimming world roast potatos in the oven to have with left over curry tomorrow
Not had lunch yet coz I'm not hungry when I get hungry later think I'll have an omlette with bacon and tomatoes or I'll use my hex b and have a pizza pitta

I'm not hungry either, this is strange for me as I'm always hungry!
Pitta pizza sounds good, I make them from warburtons square wraps they are really good! X
 
Are they he b or do you syn it? I found out the rustic chips are 1 syn for 100g so I got 2 syns there. With bacon and tinned tomatoes I think and I'll have 2 hi fi bars for he b and I'm Gunna snack on baby bells for my he a when I want a snack :)

They are 8 syns which is quite high but they are really worth it - tastes like you are eating a real pizza! Are you enjoying being back on sw?
 
I think I'll stick of pitta and use my syns for chocolate hehe

I am enjoying not being hungry!! But I feel bigger :-( might be physcological I don't know lol

I don't know what my weight was to start with coz boots scales were out of order so I dunno if it's working yet lol weigh in on Monday then Gunna do a 100% week

Just take weight from weigh in and aim to loose the week after, I'm sure you will be fine. My weeks going ok, bloated from totm though so not expecting a loss on Monday (although I hope so!) x
