Well i didn't want to gain it but hay ho here I am again

Day 2 Bit of a headache but I've been here before I should know what to expect

I lost just under 3 stone and was feeling really good in myself but the old demons crept in and here I am

I also have done LL in the past and same thing so i'm thinking 3rd time lucky

Im on my third time too!! so im with ya on that one =) lol

This is my 3rd time on a VLCD too. The first time I got to goal and lost 5 stone in 5 months (and then put back 7 stone ;( ). The second time I did it for about 3 months I think but stopped long before I got to goal as I couldn't afford to keep going, LL is so expensive. 3rd time lucky I hope
