hey again everyoneeeeee
so I think it was 2012 I was last here.. I successfully lost 8 stone with CWP in 7 months,
I went on to sell my story to an online weight loss website, documented some of my weight loss on online blogs and on youtube too.
Its been a couple of years, and life happens.
I haven't gained all of the weight which I lost which I'm proud of, but I have gained a little..
so I'm here again, ready to tackle the last little hurdle.. hoping to be done by May/June time, as I have an amazing holiday booked in May!!
Looking forward to hearing all your stories and making some new buddies xx
did you work through all the steps last time? Do you mind saying how much you have put back on? No need to answer if you don't want to. I'm just curious as it seems those who work through the steps either keep the weight off or are able to stop the gain before it gets too out of hand.
There seem to be a lot of people who are back to lose the weight they lost previously (myself included). It must be a bit concerning sometimes to newbies checking the diet out. I know I was looking for that kind of information before I ever started the diet.
I never worked through the steps. I actually lost 7 stone on lighterlife (very similar to Cambridge) but went on holiday before I'd got to goal (I was about two stone off my goal). I was able to get Cambridge products sent to where I'd be arriving on holiday and attempted to use those as I travelled around. It didn't last and I was soon eating and drinking. I then struggled to lose the remainder of the weight for a few months when I got back from my three week holiday. I lost the weight. Put about two stone back on. Lost it again (through calorie and carb counting) and then put 8 stone on when things went pear shaped in life a couple of years later.
It has taken me four years to get control of the eating again and to get my head in the space it needs to be to lose the weight. I really need to work through the steps this time to better enable me to avoid regaining all the weight again. I don't want to go through these past four years all over again.
hey, nope I didn't work through the steps. I kinda just got to a really good weight where I looked good and felt good and just stopped.. got a job, got into a new relationship and before you know it, life just kinda happens and its a couple of years later and you've found yourself a few stone heavier.
I don't really wanna disclose my weight or how much I gained, it was less than half though, which I'm fine about,
I totally appreciate and get that to keep the weight off you need to truly work at it where as I kinda just focussed on other things.
