Helllooo!!

Been a while.
Cut a long story short. Lost a stone and have put on around 4lbs.
Tomorrow is the beginning of my third ever attack.

Do you think I will achieve the same 4lbs as in my first 2, or am I pushing my luck?

Proper getting my head into it this time and I've brought mummy with me.
She was previously on Slimming World but stopped around the same time as me.

The attack begins tomorrow.

Mother and daughter with the help of the doctor vs THE FAT.
