In ketosis after 2 days is that possible?

Hi everyone, got another honk for today but I just thought I would try my ketostix as been freezing this evening and I wee wee'd on it not expecting to be anywhere near ketosis and straight away went to the middle pink colour.

I'm in shock.

Can this happen? Can I get into ketosis in 2 days?

I was expecting it to be negative!

I do feel bursting with engery but no metalic taste yet?


Any help would be gratefully appriciated!

I went into Ketosis within 2 days but I had been doing a low carb diet previously so it didnt take long to get it all out my system.

See i havent but I have walked around 24 miles in the last 3 days could that of helped?

I would say it's entirely possible - I've never bothered with the ketostix thingees but I usually think I'm there by day 3 as my headache and hunger goes once I'm through the carb withdrawel

Very possible, the walk most depleted most of your carbs/sugar store

Well done you! I've managed it in under 36hrs, but I'm an obsessive exerciser - could probably do it in under 24 on a 3 workout day (not that I'd recommend that to any sane person, lol!!!)
