jelly mousse is a really nice & filling sweet treat, Make up a sachet of SF jelly with boiling water but dont add the cold water ... put a lge tub of ff fromage frais (think it was 500g) in a large bowl and gradually whisk in the hot jelly.... until bubbly then decant into small bowls or tubs (i use greek yoghurt tubs with lids) put into the fridge till set
