I think if you have just 3 packs for that day you Can have 100g of chicken or white fish and 200g selected veg or salad. I will be starting on 4 packs per day but on diet shack which is the same as s&s but I will also be having 150g soya skimmed milk per day in tea and coffee only 0.1g carbs and about 30 cals per 250ml. Can't live with out my cuppas.
