Info on which plan to follow

Hi thinking of going onto slim and save just wondering which plan you all follow, 3 products and 100 gms protein and 200 gms allowed veg or salad with 150g SS milk or 4 shakes per day.
 
Just depends on the day really some days i want the protien option but most days i cant be bothered so i just have the 4 food packs. its what works best for you really.

Thats what I do and first week I lost 10lbs
 
Wow that's fantastic I have been on Cambridge and exante shakes,
taste ok but a lot say these are nicer and cheaper.
 
Im using up old stock that I dont like so at mo I dont mind what they taste like as long as end result is there. But they are nice and weight falls off
 
Your starting weight is exactly the same as mine and if I lose that in my first week I will be one very happy bunny. X
 
Ive lost 10lbs first week and so far im down another 3lbs and my weigh in day isnt until tuesday it could all change by then but im pleased. Fingers crossed for you
 
I am doing lifestyle and have lost 10lb..................wanted some wine tonight but then realised I didn't want to repeat this week...so had water instead :D

I have a pair of size 16 jeans waiting to be worn (1st target).........
 
I spent a period of this evening turning down jaffa cakes which I actually found surprisingly untempting.
 
I think if you have just 3 packs for that day you Can have 100g of chicken or white fish and 200g selected veg or salad. I will be starting on 4 packs per day but on diet shack which is the same as s&s but I will also be having 150g soya skimmed milk per day in tea and coffee only 0.1g carbs and about 30 cals per 250ml. Can't live with out my cuppas.

Day 2 on slim and save! 4 packs a day... I'm going to a party on day 4, can I have protein ?
Yes love 3 packs and protein meal, some switch between 3 packs and meal per day and 4 packs per day. Be strong day 4 is my worst day to feel crap so hope you have good one x
